All Univerity of Antwerp students must show their sportscard to the admin (jelle_c#2793 on Discord) before being allowed to participate in this tournament. If you do not have a valid sportscard, you will not be able to participate.

Tournament

Game: FIFA 22

Console: PS4

Personal controller: permitted

Match amount: 1 game + restart game for golden goal in case of a draw.

Format: Double Elimination, BO1. Lower Final and Grand Final are BO3.

Who: Every participant needs to be a student from the school hosting this tournament.

You cannot participate in a qualifier for a school that you are not studying at for the 2021-2022 schoolyear.

The check-in opens up 1 hour before the start of the tournament, don't forget to check in! Teams who are not checked in, will not be able to participate.

Only the admin (jelle_c#2793 on Discord) will be able to check you in to the tournament, after you have sent him a copy of your UA sportscard. Send him a copy on Discord, and ask him to check you into the tournament.

Example: If the tournament is set to start at 19:00, teams will be able to check-in between 18:00 and 18:59.

Teams: The participants are allowed to play with any club team available in the game.

Level: Worldclass

Length: 12 minutes (6 per half)

Speed: Fast

Weather: Clear

Injuries: Off

Subs/strategy: 3 per game

Pause: Ball out of bounds

Gamemode: 90-rated - online teams!

General rules

Admin

The admin has the final say and their decision is non-debatable. Contact the admin on Discord. All communication is confidential.

Screenshots

If there is a dispute over the score, only a screenshot with a timestamp will be accepted as valid proof.

Disconnect

If a player disconnects during a game and is not able to return, he will lose by forfeit. No exceptions. If the opponent disconnects, don't leave the game until you have confirmation from an admin that you are the winner. Take a screenshot.

Scores

Scores need to be filled in on the tournament page after the game, this can be done by going to the "Results" tab. If a team doesn't fill in their match result, the bracket will not be updated.

Cheating

Cheats are not allowed. If a player is caught cheating, he will be banned from all BSL tournaments for a period of 2 years.

Hosting

The player on the top side of the brackets hosts the match.
